PREPARATION:

In a bowl, add yams, apples and egg


Add pumpkin spice and quinoa flour. Mix well


Form small patties of the yam mixture and add to the skillet


Fry until golden brown, about 2-3 min.


Flip over and fry for another 2 min.


Take out of skillet and place on rack to cool.


Serve with yogurt sweetened with maple syrup


 

Tip: Substitute quinoa flour for flour of choice
