PREPARATION


Process watermelon until smooth, strain and keep the juice


Fill Popsicle molds about ¾ of the way. Freeze for 40-50 min


Shake can of coconut milk and add to cup with maple syrup. Whisk


Add milk to frozen popsicles, leaving room for kiwi


Cut paper into 1” pieces, poke with Popsicle stick and insert into molds


Freeze for at least 30-40 min


Process kiwi until smooth


Remove frozen popsicles, top with kiwi mixture


Freeze for 3-4 hours


Set molds into bowl of warm water to unmold.


Then slowly pull away from molds. Enjoy
