PREPARATION

Cut tips off cucumbers and grate


Squeeze water from cucumbers


Add grated cucumber and yogurt to bowl


Scoop avocado and mash


Add to bowl with cucumber and yogurt


Add garlic, dill, lemon juice and pepper


Mix. Now it’s a chunky dip


Wrap in plastic and store in fridge for 2-3 hours to enhance flavors


Serve and enjoy

 

Tip: To reduce more cucumber water mix cucumber with ½ tsp salt and let sit for 5-10 min. Food processor also produces a smoother texture
