PREPARATION


Heat oven to 375.


In a large bowl, combine all ingredients listed for patties. Don’t overwork the meat.


Scoop heaping 2 TBS balls of the turkey mixture on a lined baking sheet.


Flatten the balls to make nice patties. These will cook quickly and more evenly.


Bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through. Remove from oven and place a slice of cheese atop each patty so it melts.


Assemble the sandwiches and serve with fries.
