PREPARATION


 Heat a non-stick or cast frying pan over medium heat add sesame seeds; stir until seeds are a golden brown. (This gives a nice nutty flavor) Be careful sesame seeds burn very quickly.


Cool. Add seeds to food processor, pulse for a few seconds, add the oil (salt) and process until smooth and reaches desired consistency.


Makes approximately ¾ cup depending on how much oil you use. Store in tight container in fridge for up to 1 month. If it separates just give it a quick stir.
