Preheat oven to 400F
On floured parchment paper, cut and roll puff pastry into four 4 by 6″ rectangles.
Lightly score the pastry with a sharp knife to create a border 1/2″ from the edge and prick the pastry with a fork within the border.
Spacing 1″ apart, transfer to baking sheet.
In a small bowl using a hand mixer, combine cream cheese and 2 Tbsp icing sugar.
Spread 1/4 of cream cheese mixture within border onto each of the 4 pastries.
Top cream cheese with sliced strawberries.
Bake 17-19 minutes until golden.
Lightly dust with icing sugar and enjoy!
