PREPARATION

Combine strawberries and ¼ cup sugar in dish for baking*


In a large bowl, combine flour, oats, sugar, melted butter, ginger and salt. Using a fork, combine until dry ingredients are moistened by butter and mixture is crumbly.


Spread evenly over strawberries.


Bake in a preheated 350F oven for 1 hour – 1 hour 15 minutes. Berries will be bubbling and topping with be browned.


 

Cool and enjoy!


*You can use any size dish for a crisp! A larger dish will allow for a thinner base and thinner more crunchy topping. A smaller dish will allow for a thicker base with a topping of larger pieces covering it that will stay a little more moist during baking.
