PREPARATION


Prepare wonton cups


Oil muffin tins, form wonton wraps into each tin


Bake at 320° for 5-6 depending on desired crispness


Watch carefully as the wontons crisp up very quickly


 

Filling


In a bowl, add spinach, artichoke hearts, mayo, sour cream, garlic, lemon juice, bacon and cheese.


Mix. Let sit for 10 min. to enhance flavors


 

Assemble


Spray cooled wonton wraps


Add a heaping tablespoon of filling into each wonton


Top with Parmesan cheese


Bake at 350° until Parmesan cheese melts


Serve and enjoy

 

Tip: Can be prepared ahead of time and assemble just before eating
