PREPARATION


In skillet, heat oil, add onion, broccoli, mushrooms, chicken


Add pepper, dill and cheese. Cook 2-3 min. and set aside


Cut cooled potatoes in half.


Scoop out the middle and mash using a hand mixer


Add salt, pepper and sour cream. Set Aside


Fill potatoes with chicken mixture and top with mashed potatoes


Top with cheese and dill.


Bake at 350° for 15-20 minutes until cheese melts


Serve and enjoy


 

Tip: Pre-bake potatoes in microwave for 10 min.
