PREPARATION


Let frozen fruit sit for a few minutes to soften


Add the raspberries and mango to blender


Process to break up fruitĀ (If the fruit is not blending, let it soften for a few more minutes)


Add coconut milk for extra creamy texture and process in blender


Scrap sides of blender and mix well into the fruit


Process until smooth and creamy


(Optional: Taste. Add honey or sweetener if needed)


Scoop into cups or glasses


Top with almonds, raspberries and coconut.


Ready to eat or freeze until the next craving for ice cream


 

Tip: When ice cream is taken out of freezer, let it sit for a couple of minutes to soften, before eating.
