PREPARATION


Loaf pan 9 x 5 (14 slices of each potato)


In oiled loaf pan, lay the red onions on the bottom


Layer one row with a slice of Yam, Baking Potato, and Yukon Gold, repeat till loaf pan is filled


In a bowl add the olive oil, lemon rind, dill, salt and pepper. Mix well.


Sprinkle half of the oil mixture on top and between the potatoes


Top with extra oil or olive oil spray


Bake 375° for 15 min, cover top with foil paper


Continue baking for another 10-15 min. until crisp and cooked


Use a small sharp knife to check that the potatoes are soft and cooked in the center.


Serve from loaf pan. Enjoy
