Roll floured pastry to 4″ by 6″ rectangle

Score 1’2″ in from edge to create a rim

Bake 10 minutes at 350F

Remove pastries from oven and press down inner area with spoon or spatula to flatten

Layer toppings, starting with cheese and ending with egg cracked in the middle of the pastry

Season with salt and pepper

Return to 350F oven for 12+ minutes to desired doneness of eggs
