Base

Process dates until smooth


Add walnuts and chop


Add cocoa, vanilla and water


Process until completely smooth


Process until a ball is formed


(If it looks dry do not add water)


Press dough into parchment covered pan


Press dough into pan



Frosting

Blend avocado, cocoa and agave


Scrape down sides


Blend until there is no visible avocado lumps


Chocolate looks whipped and shiny


Spread frosting across the base


Scatter chocolate chips on top


Ready to eat. Store in fridge
