PREPARATION


Preheat oven to 350F.


Cook spaghetti to al dente, approximately 12 minutes


Heat olive oil in skillet, sauté garlic. Add ground beef and sauté to cook through. Add spaghetti sauce and set aside.


In a large bowl combine cream cheese, cottage cheese, ricotta cheese and sour cream. Mix well to combine.


Place half of the sliced butter on the bottom of a casserole dish. Layer with half of the cooked spaghetti, cheese mixture, remaining spaghetti and meat sauce.


Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.


Remove from oven and spread cheddar cheese on top of casserole.


Return to oven for 15 minutes and serve immediately!
