PREPARATION


Create a marinade by combining the ginger, garlic, salt, paprika, lemon juice and hot sauce. Whisk together and add olive oil while constantly whisking to everything blends well together.


Pound chicken between wax paper so they are flattened.


Add chicken to marinade and refrigerate for about and hour or overnight.


Turn on the BBQ to high heat


Place bamboo skewers in water for about 10 minutes. Thread marinated chicken on each skewer, not crowding them too much.


Turn BBQ down to medium heat and place chicken skewers onto BBQ, cooking about 8 min per side depending on the thickness of the chicken.


Serve with tahini and hot sauce.
