Add cucumber and chickpeas

Add lemon juice, salt, dill, parsley and tahini

Pulse ingredients. Scrape down the sides of processor to blend mixture

Add olive oil

Scoop humus into bowl

Sprinkle with smoked paprika or choice of seasoning.

Serve with veggies, breads, on salads or chicken


Tip: If hummus is too watery from cucumber add more chickpeas.  If too thick add water.
