PREPARATION


Cook macaroni according to package directions


 Melt butter in skillet

 Sprinkle flour and whisk continuously to combine

 Add milk, one cup at a time allowing sauce to thicken after each addition

 Add cheese 2 cups at a time, allowing to melt between additions

 Stir in cooked macaroni & enjoy!

This recipe is so easy to make and easy to adjust up or down in size by keeping all of the numbers the same! For a (large) single serving, simple change to 1 Tbsp Butter & Flour, 1 cup each Milk, Cheese and Macaroni. Feeding many? Simply increase the number!
