PREPARATION


In a coffee cup, add these ingredients in the following order: milk, egg, Maple syrup, agava syrup and salt


Stir the mix until combined for a while (2 minutes)


Take 1 bread slice and spread some butter in it, then cut the slice in cubes


Submerge the bread cubes into the cup with the mix until it absorbs it as much as it can


Put in the microwave for 2 minutes. If the mix can be seen in the bowl, add it in the microwave in 30 seconds intervals until the bread is cooked.


Enjoy it in your cup or serve it in dessert bowls for 2 or 3 servings


 

Tip: You can add some extra syrup as a topping for better taste
