PREPARATION


Cut chicken into 1 inch cubes


Gently toss chicken in corn starch


Using the olive oil, in a heated pan, add chicken to gently brown all sides until golden brown


Close Slow Cooker and leave for 2 – 2 1/2 hours


To Make the Sauce:


Add all ingredients together and whisk


Add sauce to slowcooker after adding chicken and toss chicken until coated
