PREPARATION


Place eggs into pot and cover with 2” of water. Add 1 Tbsp salt. Bring to a boil. Cover, remove from heat and let sit for 13 minutes.


Remove from pot and place into an ice bath and let sit for 5 minutes prior to peeling. This shocks the egg and stops it from cooking further.


Peel and set aside.


Place bacon on foil lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with ⅓ cup brown sugar. Place into a COLD oven and turn heat on to 400F. Bake for 20 minutes (give or take 2-3 minutes depending on your ovens heat)


Remove from oven. Cool slightly and dice. Set aside.


Mix all Cilantro Lime Marinade ingredients. Toss sliced chicken in marinade and fry until cooked through. Set aside.


Make a bed of lettuce on your serving plate(s)


Line ingredients up side by side on plate(s) and drizzle with salad dressing.
