PREPARATION


Chop cauliflower into florets


Process (food processor) or finely chop or grate cauliflower until it resembles rice


Preheat skillet, add oil and onions. Sauté until golden


Add chicken, stir for 3-4 min until chicken is no longer pink


Add garlic, carrots and celery cook for 3 min


Toss in riced cauliflower, stir and cook for 3-4 min until cauliflower is just tender (Do not overcook)


Separate mixture in the center, pour in the eggs and stir


Add pepper, smoked paprika, soy sauce and half the green onions. Stir


Top with green onions and sesame seeds.


Serve and enjoy.


 

Tip: Substitute with favorite vegetables or tofu.
