Preheat oven to 400

In a glass dish, salt and pepper fish.

Drizzle with juice and olive oil and toss to coat.

Marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Bake for 15 minutes until fish is just firm.

Serve immediately.


Notes: Serve this on a bed of arugula and spinach, drizzled with some extra juice and olive oil. The warm fish wilted the greens and it was so tasty!
