WHILE CRUST IS COOLING, COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS FOR BLACKBERRY LAYER AND SPREAD OVER CRUST.


TOSS COCONUT WITH REMAINING TOPPING MIXTURE AND SPRINKLE OVER BLACKBERRIES.


COOK FOR AN ADDITIONAL 45-55 MINUTES UNTIL THE FILLING HAS STARTED TO BUBBLE AND THE TOPPING IS GOLDEN.


COOL COMPLETELY WHEN REMOVED FROM OVEN AND THEN TRANSFER BAKING PAN TO FRIDGE FOR 2+ HOURS TO CHILL PRIOR TO SLICING.
